However, I do remember she made a great macaroni and cheese caserole with cracker crumbs on top that would get really crunchy. She also could make the thinnest and biggest pancakes. They would fill a whole plate! I loved them with butter and jelly and would roll them up. They were great! <br /><br />I'll have to try your date nut balls.
